All goods will be shipped out through USPS first class/priority/express mail, UPS or Fedex. All items that we sell are brand new in the original manufacturer package.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our goods. Our shipments are carefully inspected and packed before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take note of the following return policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you may return it. We’ll require an explanation for the return (defective, damaged, etc). Don’t be surprised if we ask you some pretty detailed questions about the reason for your return. Hearing first hand what our customers are experiencing will enable us to provide you with the best possible service.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization #, or RMA# which must be obtained by email. An RA must be obtained within 7 days of the purchase Note that after 14 days all sales are final. Please write your RA# on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box). Failure to do this will delay the processing of your return. We will only accept the return, if it is returned in the original manufacturer’s package and the product must be in perfect condition no scuffs or scratches, including all items originally in the shipping. If these instructions are not followed your return will not be accepted.
If your return package is deemed acceptable after inspection, Coolous will refund the money back to you. You will be charged 10% restocking fee if the item has been opened and used. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. Coolous will absorb the shipping costs only in the case of defective merchandise. Please note that if defective merchandise proves to be non-defective upon inspection, the customer will be charged a re-stocking fee at Coolous's discretion. Coolous is not liable for any uninsured return packages.
